We evaluate your current keywords, brainstorm additional ones, and research actual search traffic via available free and paid databases (included in price). We also evaluate competitive sites.
Update site for Search Engine Optimization:
- Each page optimized for one or more search phrases. Often, we can utilize much of the existing text / photos & refine a bit for SEO friendliness.
- Ensure that your pages are "local search" friendly.
- Strategically optimize all areas of the page(s) using your targeted keywords and phrases.
Archive your existing newsletters online - If you have existing newsletters or other customer communication materials, it may benefit your site to place it online.
Mailing list (newsletter) system – online signup & web-based management (if you choose).
Blog (weblog) system – Very search friendly & easy to update (if you choose).
Key search engine and directory submission & follow-up: Submit to all major and many minor engines & directories that accept free submissions.
Incoming Link Development. Research appropriate sites and request link exchange. Important to several engines, including Google). (optional)

Paid Submissions – some of the major search engines now require a per page payment – others offer a paid “express” submission review program.
Paid Keywords – (aka: PPC- Pay Per Click) Google Adwords, Yahoo Overture... Your listing or ad appears for specified search phrases, you pay when someone clicks on your ad. Cost per click varies with popularity of search phrases.
Ongoing SEO: (see below). Monthly in-depth analysis of search engine ranking, site updating, and housekeeping.
